Die Tour beginnt an der Kunigunde-Kapelle, führt ca. 40 Minuten und 2,6km stetig bergauf Richtung Eschdorf und dann über teils matschige oder durch Holzabfälle schwer passierbare Forstwege hinab zur Sauer. Besonders schön ist der recht steile Abstieg über ein Pfad mit einer schönen Aussicht auf das Sauertal und Esch/Sauer.
