Da Barcola si sale sino alla località Redarca e da li al Fodo, Ca' di Gian e poi Rocchetta. La strada è bella e il paesaggio spazia dal golfo alla vallata del Magra. Da Rocchetta un bel sentiero conduce a Zanego. Abbiamo chiuso il percorso ad anello percorrendo la strada statale, poco trafficata con splendidi panorami.
